摘要
TZM合金是目前广泛应用的一种高温钼合金,具有高熔点、抗腐蚀、力学性能优异等优点,被广泛应用于军工、航天和高温结构件等领域。目前TZM合金的制备方法主要有:电弧熔炼法和粉末冶金法。TZM合金的强化机理有:合金元素固溶强化、第二相强化、形变强化。本文还对TZM合金在性能方面的提高所做的研究进行了介绍,并对TZM合金的发展提出了看法。
TZM alloy,a kind of high temperature Mo-based alloy with high melting-point and excellent performances in corrosion resistance and mechanical properties,is applied extensively in military,aerospace and high-temperature structural parts and other fields.TZM alloy is usually prepared by arc melting technology or powder metallurgy.There are three strengthening mechanisms,i.e.solution strengthening,dispersion strengthening,deformation strengthening.The study of the TZM alloy on improvement in performance was introduced and views on the development of the TZM alloy were put forward.
