摘要
以10年生左右的丹桂树中上部当年生半木质化的枝条为插穗,开展植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间和扦插基质4个因素3个水平的扦插正交试验,结果表明:植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间和扦插基质4个因素对桂花扦插生根率的影响大小顺序依次为:植物生长调节剂种类>浸泡时间>浓度>扦插基质,对平均生根数的影响大小顺序依次为:植物生长调节剂种类>扦插基质>浸泡时间>浓度,对平均根长的影响大小顺序依次为:植物生长调节剂种类>扦插基质>浸泡时间>浓度。桂花扦插最佳处理组合为:NAA(萘乙酸)100 mg·L-1浸泡0.5 h、基质为珍珠岩2+泥炭土1,生根率达到85.2%,每支插穗平均根数达到9.3根,平均根长达到10.3 cm。
Taking the mid and upper sections of about 10 years old Osmanthus tree semi-lignified branches as the cuttings, the cut- ting orthogonal experiments under hormones, hormone levels, hormone soaking time and cutting medium 4 factors and 3 levels were carried out. Osmanthus cutting experiments showed that ： the effects of hormones, hormone levels, hormone soaking time and cutting medium on the rooting rate of Osmanthus were ： hormone types 〉 hormone soaking time 〉 hormone levels 〉 cutting medium, and the effects on the average number of root were ： hormones types 〉 cutting medium 〉 hormone soaking time 〉 hormone levels, and on the average length of root were ： hormones 〉 cutting medium 〉 hormone soaking time 〉 hormone levels. The best treatment was ： soaking 100 mg/L of NAA for 0.5 hours, medium under perlite： peat soil （2：1）, and 85.2% of the rooting rate. The average number of each cutting roots were 9. 3, and the average root length was 10. 3cm.
