随着化工建设项目的越来越多,项目管理人员要统筹兼顾,既要熟悉国家、地方法律、法规,全面理解、掌握项目行政许可程序、内容,又要熟知项目工艺、设备、原辅材料、内外环境。报审过程中的人员安排、评价报告、施工图纸审查、"三同时"检查、验收等关键问题的处理、解决,对化工项目建设的质量、速度、安全有着十分重要的意义。

With the increasing of chemical engineering project,project management staff to balanced,both to be familiar with national and local laws,regulations,fully understand and master the project administrative licensing procedures,content,and also familiar with the project technology,equipment,raw and auxiliary materialsinternal and external environment.For examination of the process of staffing,evaluation reports,review of construction drawings,the ＂Three Simultaneous＂ inspection,and acceptance of key issues,such as processing,settlement construction on the chemical quality,speed,security had a very important significance.
