Green Synthesis of 1,2-Epoxyhexane by Oxidation of 1-Hexene

摘要 1,2-环氧己烷是一种重要的精细化工中间体。研究了在BL催化条件下,以氧气为氧化剂,氧化己烯制备环氧己烷的不同工艺条件,考察了时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、鼓泡速率对反应的影响,确定较优的工艺条件为:二氯甲烷为溶剂,反应温度25℃,催化剂浓度6.8×10-5 g/mL,鼓泡速率300 mL/min,在此条件下反应时间4 h,1-己烯的转化率为97.1%,环氧己烷的选择性和收率分别为92.1%和90.0%。 1,2-epoxyhexane is an important fine chemical intermediate.The synthesis factors of 1,2-epoxyhexane from 1-hexene oxidated by oxygen on BL catalyst were investigated: time,reaction temperature,catalyst amount,bubbling speed of oxygen.The result showed that the conversion of 1-hexene was up to 97.1% and the maximum selectivity and yield of 1,2-epoxyhexane were 92.1% and 90.0% respectively.The optimum conditions:4 h,25 ℃,6.8×10-5 g/mL of BL catalyst,bubbling speed of oxygen 300 mL/min,dichloromethane as solvent.
