摘要
文章探讨了EA/BDM体系实现UV固化的条件,研究了引发剂种类及其含量对EA/BDM体系光固化的反应性及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化磷(TPO)的综合引发效果要好于同类引发剂1-羟基-环己基-苯基甲酮和夺氢型光引发剂异丙基硫杂蒽酮。固化后所得膜热稳定性比纯EA有一定幅度的提高。
The paper discussed the conditions for achieving the photo-curing of EA/BDM system.The influence of the type and content of photo-initiator on the photo-curing reactivity and thermal stability of EA/BDM system was mainly investigated.Results showed that the integrated effect of TPO were better than 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone and 2-Isopropylthioxanthone system.The heat stability of the cured sample(EA/BDM) was stronger than pure Epoxy acrylate resin.
