阴极电泳漆溶剂的气相色谱测定前处理的改进

摘要 为解决现有气相色谱法测定涂料中的溶剂时样品不作任何样品前处理,导致色谱体系常常被污染的问题,对比研究了用于气相色谱分析阴极电泳漆中溶剂的10种前处理的优劣。结果发现,加氯化钠盐水溶液后加内标是一种用于气相色谱分析的有效前处理方法。经回收率与精密度验证,该方法准确,精密度好,操作简单,方便快捷,较为实用。 To resolve the problems that chromatography system always be polluted because of the determination method of the solvents in coatings by gas chromatography without any pretreatments,the paper investigated the advantages and the shortcomings of 10 pretreatments for a cathode electrophoretic paint.The results showed that adding sodium chloride solution was an effective pretreatment for the determination of solvents in coatings by gas chromatography.Tested by the determination of recovery and repeatability,the method was correct,precise,simple,and more practical.
