聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的制备及处理工业废水的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用粉煤灰、工业废硫酸和硫铁矿渣为原料,通过自制的聚铁和聚铝,制备了不同Si/(Al+Fe)摩尔比的聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)絮凝剂。实验结果表明:与传统无机盐絮凝剂相比,PSAF的絮凝效果较好,COD及色度去除率能达到78.62%和83.56%以上。实验得到PSAF最佳制备条件:Si/(Fe+Al)=1/20,Fe/Al=1。废水处理最佳条件:pH=7,加药量为0.08 mL/200 mL废水。 In the thesis,different Si/(Al+Fe) molar ratio of polysilicate aluminium ferric(PSAF) flocculant were produced by fly ash,industrial waste sulfuric acid and pyrite slag.The experimental results showed that: compared with the traditional method,polysilicate aluminium ferric flocculant's flocculation effect was better.COD and color removal rate can reach more than 78.62% and 83.56%.The best prepared condition of PSAF was determined that Si/(Fe+Al)=1∶20,Fe/Al=1.The optimal conditions of wastewater treatment: pH=7 and dose=0.08 mL/200 mL wastewater.
