摘要
讨论了包埋在丝素膜中的5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)的固定状况, 在不同pH 值下测定了丝素5-FU复合膜中药物的释放. 实验结果表明: 5-FU 可以均匀地被包埋在丝素膜中, 即丝素膜可以作为5-FU 载体. 经过丝素涂层保护, 丝素5-FU 复合膜中的5-FU 溶解释放速率变慢, 释放时间延长; 经涂层的丝素5-FU 复合膜在接近丝素蛋白等电点(pH= 4.5)时, 5-FU 在溶液中释放速度较慢, 释放时间较长, 表明用调节外部溶液pH值的方法可以调控5-FU
The silk fibroin membrane is an amphoteric ion exchange membrane composed of both weak acidic and weak basic groups. 5 Fluorouracil is an anti cancer drug. The condition of 5 fluorouracil blended into silk fibroin membrane has been investigated, then deliverance of 5 fluorouracil from blended membrane of silk fibroin and 5 fluorouracil was measured in the pH range from 3 to 9. The results of SEM, FTIR, DSC show that 5 fluorouracil could be evenly blended into silk fibroin protein. After coating with silk fibroin, the dissolve rate of 5 fluorouracil fixed on silk fibroin and 5 fluorouracil blended membrane could be descended, and the delivery time of 5 fluorouracil could be prolonged. The delivery time and dissolve rate also depends on pH values of soaking solution. It is expected that silk fibroin membrane could be used as the matrix of 5 fluorouracil delivery system.
