联苯苄唑阴道片豚鼠血药浓度及吸收率测试

Concentration and Absorption Percentage Determination of Bifonazole Table for Vagina in Cavy

本文采用ＧＣ／ＭＳ单离子检测的内标定量法，测定了抗真菌药联苯苄唑阴道片三种剂量６．２５ｍ ｇ，１２．５ｍ ｇ，２５ｍ ｇ 在给豚鼠连续用药２１天后豚鼠血药浓度，分别为１６．３ｎｇ／ｍ ｌ，２３．５ｎｇ／ｍ ｌ，２７．６ｎｇ／ｍ ｌ；并计算三种剂量的粘膜吸收百分率，结果分别为０．１０４３％ ，０．０７５２％ ，０．０４４２％ 。

Using GC/MS SIM quantitative method with ISTD,we determinated the Bifonazole concentration in cavy's plasma,the administration doses were 6.25mg,12.5mg,25.0mg respectively;and calculated the mucous membrane absorption percentage.The results showed the concentrations of bifonazole in plasma were 16.3,23.5,27.6 ng/ml for three doses,and their absorption percent age are 0 1043,0.0752,0.0442%,respectively.
