摘要
采用横纹槽管 ( 含缩放管) 做传热管, 以波网、空心环和折流杆做管束的 支承结构的管壳式换热器进行了传热性能实验和原理分析。结果表明, 在相同热量和 相同功率消 耗条件下, 传热面 积减少30 % ~50 % ,用于炼油厂渣油—原油换热传热系数提高85 % , 用于小合成氨厂, 传热面积可节省68 % 。
A research has been done on the transversally fluted tube bundles or converging and diverging tube bundles in shell side of heat exchanger,using wave form nest,ring baffle and rod baffle structure as supporting pant.The transfer heat mechanism of this experiment is discussed. Application results verified that heat transfer areas could be decreased 30%~50%in the same flux and power consumption. Heat transfer coefficient could be increaced 85% for residual oil to crude oil heat transfer in an oil refinery,and heat transfer areas could be decreased by 68% for a small-scale ammonia plant.
