摘要
建立了用红外光谱法定量分析异龙脑 樟脑二元体系的测试方法。选择 2 950cm-1和 1 74 5cm-1为定量峰 ,使用固体锭剂法 ,采用比例法定量 ,以两定量峰吸光度之比A1745 和A2 90 5 为纵坐标 ,以樟脑的重量百分含量为横坐标 ,绘制工作曲线。将本法对样品分析的结果与气相色谱法比较 ,在 95%置信度下 ,经检验二者无显著性差异。
A quantitative analysis method is built to determine isoborneol/camphor two-component system by infra-red spectrometry.Under 95% confidence degree,the analysis result of infra-red spectrometry has no significant difference with that of gas chromatography.
