摘要
当前,我国正处于城市化进程中,包头作为国内较大的二线城市,住房的刚性需求短期内无法得到根本解决。因此,如何更好的应对房地产新政,做强做大包钢房地产公司,文章就此提出了浅显的建议。
At present,our country is in the process of urbanization.Baotou is as a bigger second tier city,in which the rigid demand of housing cannot be basically met in a short period.Thus,some suggestions on how to make Real Estate Development Company of Baotou Steel stronger with the new real estate policies are proposed in the paper.
