介绍了数字图书馆的概念及意义,探讨了网络环境下包钢建立数字图书馆的必要性,阐述了建设数字图书馆的过程。
In this paper,it is introduced the concept and significances of digital library as well as discussed the necessities to establish it in Baotou Steel with network.Moreover,it is elaborated the procedure of establishing it.
