摘要
为了获得捷联惯性导航系统的维修性信息,利用FMECA分析方法,对捷联惯性导航系统进行了维修性信息分析,得到了捷联惯性导航系统各部件的故障模式,及其影响、危害性和基本维修措施,为维修设计中的确定维修项目和要求、制定故障查找程序以及确定保障资源要求提供输入信息。该方法避免了传统维修性分析方法的盲目性和主观性,其分析结果更加全面和客观。
Strapdown inertial navigation system maintainability information was analyzed by the failure mode, effect and criticality a- nalysis(FMECA) method for obtaining failure modes of strapdown inertial navigation system and their effects, criticalities and bas- le repairing measures. It offered the input information for confirming repairing items and requests in servicing design, issuing trou- bleshooting procedures and confirming the support resource request. The method avoids the blindness and subjectivity of traditional method, and the analysis results are more comprehensive and impersonal.
