摘要
可靠性理论是航空领域应用相当广泛的基础理论。航空发动机可靠性问题的特征之一是综合性和多重性。本文通过分析组成航空发动机系统之间的相互关系,确定影响可靠性的因素;运用概率论和数理统计知识论述了发动机常见故障的分布形式以及故障归属的类型,从设计、加工制造等方面探讨提高航空发动机寿命及可靠性,降低故障率。
Reliability theory is a wide range of applications in the field of aviation on the basis of the theory.One of the characteristics of aero-engine reliability problem is integration and multiplicity In this paper,by analyzing the composition of the aero-engine system,the relationship between the reliability of the factors that determine the impact;and then,using probability theory and mathematical statistics,common knowledge on the engine failure in the form of distribution as well as the failure of the type of ownership,finally,from the design,Manufacturing,and other aspects of life discuss the methods of improving the aero-engine reliability and lowering failure rate.
