大锥角聚能装药射流形成及对钢靶侵彻的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究大锥角聚能装药射流形成和对钢靶侵彻过程中的一些特性,采用AUTODYN软件,对锥角聚能装药射流形成及侵彻钢靶过程进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:大锥角聚能射流是药型罩在爆轰波的作用下向后反转形成的漏斗型密实射流,其在飞行过程中,速度基本保持不变,而在侵彻钢靶时,侵彻速度和动能都迅速下降,直到再也不能侵彻钢靶为止。将数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比分析表明:数值模拟结果与实验结果相一致。 In order to study the characteristic of the formation and penetrating steel target of the wide angle shaped charge, jet formarion by wide angle shaped charge and penetration into steel targets were numerically simulated by the software of AUTODYN. The result of numerical simulation shows that large cone shaped charge jet is that the liner reverse backward and funnel compact jet under the effect of the detonation wave. The jet speed remains constant in flight, whereas the penetration speed and kinetic energy are descended in penetrating steel target until no longer penetrating the target. The simulation results were compared with the ex- perimental results and shows the result of numerical simulation was in accordance with the experiment.
