摘要
为了探索胶粘固结发射药定容状态下的燃烧规律,由密闭爆发器定容状态方程推导出粘结剂燃烧结束点相关参数的确定方法,并对不同胶粘固结发射药进行计算。结果表明:粘结剂燃烧结束时基体药的燃烧质量百分数较大,共同燃烧阶段不可忽略;增大粘结剂含量会使基体药的燃烧质量百分数增大、粘结剂的燃烧时间和达到最大压力的时间延长,并使最大压力变小;基体药粒径越小,粘结剂与基体药燃烧阶段基体药燃烧质量百分数越大。
In order to explore the combustion law of glued consolidation propellant in constant volume, the method to fix the value of parameters when the bonder had been burned was conducted through the state equation of closed vessel, and different glued consolidation propellant was calculated. The results show that the variable burning rate propellant has burned 4. 17%-7.63 % when the has burned completely, and this stage can't be neglected; The burning mass percentage of the variable-burning rate propellant when the bonder has been burned increases with the increased content of bonder, and the increased content of bonder can increase the burning time of both bonder and the glued consolidation propellant, and reduces the maximum pressure to some extent; The burning mass percentage of the variable burning rate propellant when the bonder has been burned increases with the increased grain size.
