摘要
在01m ol/LKH2PO4NaOH(pH6.8±02) 的缓冲溶液中,在H2O2存在下环丙沙星产生一极谱催化波,其二阶导数阴极催化波峰高与环丙沙星浓度在985×10- 7~197×10- 5m ol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为09997。该法已用于测定盐酸环丙沙星片中的环丙沙星的含量,结果满意。实验证明其电极过程具有吸附催化波的特征。
A polarographic adsorptive catalytic wave of ciprofloxacin(CF) was obtained by single sweep oscillopolarography in 0.1mol/L KH 2PO 4 NaOH (pH6.8) buffer solution containing 1.7×10 -2 mol/L H 2O 2.The peak potential appears at -1.16V.The peak height is linearly proportional to the concentration of CF over the range of 9.85×10 -7 ~1 97×10 -5 mol/L.The electrode process of the catalytic wave was discussed.
