摘要
利用中子活化法测定了富铬酵母细胞中的生物活性物质、细胞壁以及原生质体中铬的含量。铬通过细胞壁进入细胞后,80% 的铬存在于细胞的原生质体内;富铬酵母中的铬主要以生物活性物质的形式存在。表明无机铬化合物在富铬酵母细胞的培养过程中,被酵母细胞吸收。
The chromium content in the biologically active substance of a chromium rich yeast and the Cr distribution in the cell wall and protoplast of the chromium rich yeast cell were determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA). The results indicate that almost all of chromium in the yeast exist in the form of biologically active substances.Eighty percent of chromium are distributed in the protoplast when chromium enters into the cell of the yeast through cell wall, which illustrates that during the culturing of the Cr rich yeast almost all of the added inorganic chromium compounds are absorbed by the yeast's cell and converted into organic chromium compounds.
