摘要 介绍智能小车自动完成设定任务的设计。本设计以玩具小坦克为车体,以单片机AT89S52为核心,利用黑白线传感器判断小车行驶的轨迹;利用金属传感器判断轨迹中放置的铁片;由单片机对小车状态做出实时反应,并输出相应的控制指令。该系统通过调节PWM输出可控制小车的前进、后退、转向、加速、减速等动作;可精准地完成小车沿黑色引导线的寻迹(断开引导线亦可)、检测铁片个数、实时LCD显示行驶距离、时间和行车轨迹等功能。该设计功耗小,成本低,精度较高。 The design of smart car which can automatically complete the setting tasks is introduced. The work bases on a small toy tank body, takes AT89S52 microcontroller as the main chip, uses black and white line sensor to determine the trajectory of movement, uses metal sensors to determine the iron plates placed in orbit. The corresponding control command is exported by MCU ac cording to the real-time response of the car. The car is controlled by adjusting the PWM output to achieve its forward, backward, turning, acceleration, deceleration and other actions. It also could accurately complete the tracing along the black line (guide wire can be disconnected), and detect the quantity of iron plates. I.CD is adopted to display the real-time traveled distance, time and the travel track and so on. This design has the advantages of low power consumption, low cost and high accuracy.
