摘要 研究了Co(Ⅱ)在碱性介质中催化过氧化氢氧化邻硝基苯基荧光酮(oNPF)这一新指示反应及影响反应速度的因素,建立了测定痕量Co(Ⅱ)的新方法。灵敏度为4.3×10- 10g/L;测定范围为0~0.5ng/25m L。方法简便快速,用于药物维生素B12中Co(Ⅱ)含量的测定,样品分析结果良好。 In a basic medium, trace cobalt( Ⅱ ) can catalyze the decolorizing reaction resulting from the oxidation of o nitrophenyl fluorone( o NPF)by H 2O 2.A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace Co(Ⅱ) was established. The factors affecting the reaction speed were investigated. The sensitivity of the method is 4.3×10 -10 g/L ,the linear response is in the range of 0~0.5ng/25mL.The method has been used to determine trace Co(Ⅱ) in vitamin B 12 samples. The average recoveries were in the range of 97.6~101.1%.The relative standard deviation was 2.48~2.62% for six replicate determinations. The method is simple and accurate.
