洪泽地区配电网故障幂律分布特性 被引量:5

摘要 为了有效地开展洪泽地区配电网的建设、改造及运行管理工作,首次采用幂律分布累积概率统计方法对该地区配电网故障在时域上的分布规律进行统计分析,得到造成配电网故障的不均匀分布具有幂律分布特性。对日故障次数降序排列后取出故障最多的25天日故障记录进行统计分析,得到恶劣天气事件是洪泽地区电网故障具有幂律分布的根本原因。最后,根据故障的主要原因,给出了相应的改进措施与建议。 In order to effectively develop the construction, renovation and management of the distribution network in Hongze area, the power-law distribution cumulative probability is used to study the distribution network faults in the time domain, which shows that the time series of the faults have power laws. The statistical analysis is also used to study the causes for the distributing network faults from the 25 days records that have the most faults, which shows that the heavy weather is the essential reason for the power laws of the distributing network faults in Hongze area. Finally, the corresponding improvement and suggestions are given according to the fault reasons.
