摘要
为了实现双工器小型化设计,采用全波仿真软件IE3D仿真设计了一种连续通道的微带双工器,所用是0.254 mm厚的聚四氟乙烯合成材料的基片,得到工作频段为3.7~4.1 GHz和4.1~4.5 GHz的双工器,获得了各通道带内插损小于2.2 dB,通带间带外抑制大于40 dB@中心频率的仿真结果,设计过程对信道化接收机系统的研究和设计具有重要意义。
In order to realize the miniaturization of diplexer, a continuous channel microstrip diplexer was designed by means of full wave simulation software IE3D. It was manufactured on the polytetrafluoroethylene substrate of 0. 254 mm. lts bands are 3.8-4. IGHz and 4.1-4.5 GHz, and insert loss is less than 2 dB, while its stop band loss is higher than 40 dB.
