摘要
分析了影响玉露香梨贮藏保鲜品质的主要因素,概述了土窑洞贮藏、冷库贮藏、气调库贮藏和自发气调贮藏玉露香梨的技术要点,展望了今后玉露香梨贮藏技术的主要研究方向。
In this paper,main factors influencing quality of Yuluxiang pear during storage were analyzed,and the preservation technologies of the native store-caves,refrigerator,CA and MA were introduced.The research direction of the storage technology for Yuluxiang pear has been mentioned as well.
