浅谈教师工作中的几个关系

The Discussion of Several Relationships on Teacher' Works

高等学校的教师可能承担本科生教学、科学研究、研究生培养以及教学管理等几方面的工作,如何处理这几者之间的关系,是每个高校教师必须应对的问题。从"教师的一切工作都是为了培养学生"这一命题出发,对这些关系进行了分析,认为教学与科学研究工作应该互补,但应始终将教学工作放在第一位。

The teacher of the high school in China may take on works like undergraduate teaching,scientific research,graduate education,and teaching management and so on.It is essential for teachers to go along well with these relationships.Base on the notion of ＂All works of the teacher are for students＂,the paper analyzes these relationships and concludes that teaching ability and scientific research ability of a teacher are complement to each other,though the teaching should be give n the priority.
