发展农业产业化经营是建设社会主义新农村的重点,也是走向现代化农业的必由之路。陕西省作为我国中西部传统的农业大省,农业产业化发展程度低,农产品市场竞争力差,而解决这一问题的关键就是大力发展龙头企业。龙头企业作为农业产业链的核心环节,外联市场,内联农户,对加快陕西农业产业化经营有着极其重要的意义。目前陕西省的龙头企业虽然有了一定的发展,但与全国以及发达国家相比仍然有着很大的差距,如存在规模小、科技含量低、品牌效应差、产业链短、利益联结机制不完善等缺陷,为此应集中力量,培育和壮大一批高质量的龙头企业,转变管理理念,完善利益联结机制,充分发挥龙头企业带动作用,以推进陕西省农业产业化的进一步发展。

Developing agricultural industrialization is the priority of building new socialist countryside,and is also the only road to modernized agriculture.As a traditional big agricultural province,Shaanxi has a low level of agricultural industrialization development and poor competitiveness in the agricultural products market.The key to solving this problem is vigorously developing the leading enterprises.Leading enterprises,which are the core to link agriculture-industry chain and connect the market and the farmers,are of great significance to accelerate agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi.Although the leading enterprises in Shaanxi have developed to some extent,they are a far cry from the entire country and the developed nations.There are some deficiencies in small-scale,low-science and technology content,poor brand effect,short-industrial chain and faulty-interest combination.Therefore,we should concentrate our resources to train and strengthen certain high-quality leading enterprises,transform management concept,perfect interest combination mechanism,and bring leading enterprises into full play,so as to push agricultural industrialization forward in Shaanxi.
