A Study on the Synthesis of Reactive Blue P-3R

摘要 介绍了活性蓝P-3R的合成方法。讨论了催化剂、溴氨酸与M酸的配比、二次缩合、三次缩合以及染料盐析对产品的影响。通过分批加入催化剂和控制每次缩合的温度与pH,使得产物收率提高。 A synthesis method of Reactive Blue P-3R was introduced.The effects of catalyst,ratio of bromamine acid and M acid,the second condensation,the third condensation and the condition of salting out on product were discussed.The yield was improved by adding catalyst gradually and controlling temperature and pH of each condensation.
