新型防灭火材料在兴安煤矿实践中的应用

Application on New Fire Extinguishing Material in Xing'an Mine Practice

随着科学技术的进步,除传统的黄土、沙子防灭火材料外,又不断推出许多新型防灭火材料。20世纪80年代后随着改革开放,中国经济快速发展,用电量不断增加,燃煤火力发电仍占80%以上,发电相伴产生大量废渣粉煤灰,现已被广泛应用到防灭火灌浆工艺中,它具有阻燃、随水流动性好、质量比沙子轻、沥水快、益于沉积、充填巷道及采空区严密等特点。另外,在防灭火充填材料上还有传统的双灰(粉煤灰、水泥)、凝胶(水玻璃、小苏达)、阻化剂(MgCl26H20)。近几年来,新型防灭火材料如山东兖州中法合资生产罗克休及玛丽散、徐州中国矿大三相泡沫、陕西西安高分子充填材料、北京产MF固体充填材料等。阐述了新型防灭火材料在容易自燃发火矿井防灭火实践中的应用。

Along with the progress of science and technology,in addition to the traditional loess,sand and fire prevention materials,a lot of new anti-fire material has been invented.After the reform and open policy in the 1980s,with the rapid economic development in China,the electricity consumption is increasing unceasingly.The quantity of thermal power generation still accounts for more than 80% of the proportion of primary fuel coal.The massive waste residue pulverized coal ash produced accompanying with the electricity generation is now widely applied in fire fighting grouting craft.It has a flame retardant and fluent mobility with water,the quality is lighter than the sand,it drains quickly,benefits from the deposition and fills the tunnel and the worked-out area strictly and so on.In addition,fire prevention and filling materials comprise traditional two-ash（fly ash,cement）,gels（water glass,small soda）,inhibitor（MgCl26H20）.In recent years,new anti-fire materials,Describe the application of new fire preventing material in the fire fighting practice in the mine of easy spontaneous combustion.
