摘要
跳汰工艺下,在高效浓缩机中使用适量弱阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺可加速煤泥水絮凝和沉降,澄清水质;改为重介分选工艺后,由于煤泥量大且矸石易泥化,导致煤泥水浓度增高,长期使用同一种阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺,水体环境恶化,大量细泥携带负电荷影响阴离子聚丙烯酰胺良性作用,甚至会加剧煤泥水悬浮液的胶体体系倾向。针对这种情况,先在水体中添加MGO无机凝聚剂,改变水体环境,再选用非离子型聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂,从而改善煤泥水的沉降效果,实现了煤泥水深度澄清,降低了介耗和药耗,提升了技术指标和经济效益。
Under the jigging craft,the use of right amount of weak anionic polyacrylamide in highly effective inspissation machines can accelerate the flocculation and settlement of slime water and clarify the water quality.After changing the separation craft,because the coal sludge quantity is large and gangue is easy to become slime water mud,leading to higher concentration of the coal sludge.After long-term use of the identical kind of anionic polyacrylamide,water environmental degradation.A large number of fine clays carrying negative charge influence the benign function of anionic polyacrylamide,even exacerbate the tendency of slime water suspension of colloidal system.In view of this situation,first of all,give priority to add MGO style inorganic agglomerants in water to change the aquatic environment,then choose non-ionic polyacrylamide for flocculating agent to improve the subsidence effect of slime water,achieve the slime water depth clarification,reduce the medium consumption and medicine consume and promot the technical index and economic benefits.
