高层建筑火灾往往造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。针对高层建筑火灾其危险性和国内高层建筑防火现状,借鉴发达国家的相关经验,强调提高全民消防意识及逃生自救能力、加强工程建设各环节的监督管理以消除火灾隐患和提高救援能力,力求保障公共安全。

High-rise fires often caused huge casualties and property losses.Base on the fatalness of the high-rise fires and the present status of the domestic high-rise fire-prevention,and learn from the relevant experience of developed countries,we must put emphasis on improving the fire-prevention awareness and self-protection abilities of the national people,strengthen the supervision of all links in the construction project in order to eliminate fire hazards,and enhance rescue capabilities,so as to ensure public safety.
