摘要 论述了蛋白质折叠的研究概况及其应用.折叠机制从最初的两态模型,到后来认为是一个包含有许多步骤的序变过程,在这个过程中还涉及热力学与热力学的影响.在对蛋白质折叠机制研究的基础上,预测了其应用的意义和前景. This paper addresses the studies of protein folding and its applications.The folding mechanism develops from the initial two-state model to a new understanding of the process,which is supposed to contain multi-step sequential changes.The process also involves thermodynamics and dynamics.Based on the mechanism of protein folding,this study also predicts the significance and prospects of its applications.
