摘要
自动分拣线监控系统由两个主控单元三菱FX2N系列PLC构成,上位机则通过主站PLC的编程口,对自动分拣线的生产情况进行监控。对自动分拣线架构做了系统介绍,对PC与PLC的接线做了介绍,分析了三菱FX系列PLC编程口协议,介绍了VB6.0的MSCOMM串口通信控件的设置。
Automatically grading line monitoring system consists of two control units - FX2N series PLC. Through the host PLC programme port, PC monitors the production situation. This paper introduces the automatically grading and the wiring between PC and PLC,analyzes the PLC programme port protocol,and introduces the settings of the VB6.0 MSCOMM serial communication controls.
