文章调查了开化县的水资源分布与生态环境状况,针对天然林保护工程实施对当地社会经济发展的影响进行研究,围绕水资源保护与地方社会经济协调发展的目标提出经济发展的模式和措施。

This paper mainly discusses on the distribution and the eco-environmental condition of the water resoureces of Kaihua county.it foucuses on the infuences of the natrual forest protection upon the local social economy.And it proposes some developing model and measures for the coordinating development of the local economy and water resource pretection.
