摘要
利用过氧化苯 甲酰为引发剂探 讨了丙烯酰胺( A M )和丙 烯酸十四酯( T A)的自由 基共聚合。重点讨论了合 成条件如引发剂 用量、单体配比、溶剂、温 度等对共聚反应 及共聚物对苯丙 乳胶增稠 性能的影响。并用 I R 和凯达尔定氮法表征了共聚物的组成。实验结果表明: A M 和 T A 进行沉淀共聚合所得到的共聚物分子量足够大,可以作为疏水缔合型增稠剂使用。
The radical copolymerization of acrylamide and tetradecyl acetate has been carried out in DMF at 80℃ using benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The study emphasized on the relationships between the composition and structure of copolymers and the thickening power of copolymers on emulsion. The effect of the amount of initiator, mole ratio of monomers, solvents and reaction temperature on the polymerization reaction was investigated. The copolymers were characterized by IR and Kjeldahl method for nitrogen determination. The experimental results show that the molecular weight of P(AM/TA) copolymers is big enough for hydrophobically associating thickening agent.
