摘要
由邻苯二酚经溴代反应制得 1,2二溴4,5苯二酚,再与无水碳酸钾和 1溴代十四 烷反应制得 1,2二溴4,5双十四烷氧 基苯,最后在 D M F- Na I体系中与氰 化亚铜反 应制得 1,2二氰基4,5双十四烷氧基苯。新化合物结构经元素分析、 I R,1 H N M R 等证实。
Dicyno 4,5 bis(tetradecyl alkoxy)benzene(Ⅲ) was synthesized by an improved method in three steps: (1) bromination of catechol to produce 1,2 dibromocatechol(Ⅰ); (2) reaction of Ⅰ with potassium carbonate and 1 bromotetradecane to prepare 1,2 dibromo 4,5 bis(tetradecyl alkoxy)benzene(Ⅱ); (3) reaction of Ⅱ with copper(Ⅰ) cynide in the DMF NaI system to obtain Ⅲ. The structure of the new compounds were testified by element analysis, IR and 1H NMR.
