真空膜蒸馏方法处理高盐印染中间体废水研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用真空蒸馏方法处理高盐度印染中间体废水。考察了进料温度、流量、浓度对处理效果的影响。结果表明:进料温度对膜渗透通量的影响较大,随温度的升高渗透通量显著增大,对于预处理后的印染废水,流速为50 L/h时,当温度从60℃提高到80℃,膜蒸馏通量从5.644 kg/(m2.h)增长到8.937 kg/(m2.h);流量对膜蒸馏通量无显著影响;膜蒸馏通量随进料浓度的增加而下降,当废水盐度高于22%时,膜蒸馏通量显著降低至2.5 kg(m2.h)。经过预处理后的印染中间体废水膜蒸馏产品水COD降为400 mg/L以下,色度降为80。 Vacuum membrane distillation was adopted in the treatment of high salinity dyestuff intermediate wastewater.The effect of feed temperature,flow rate and salt concentration on the treatment were explored.The results indicated that with the increasing of the feed temperature,the permeation flux increased obviously.For the pretreatment dyeing wastewater,membrane distillation flux were from 5.644 kg/(m 2·h) to 8.937 kg/(m 2·h) when the feed temperature were from 60 ℃ to 80 ℃ accordingly and the flow rate was 50 L/h.The feed velocity had small effect on VMD permeation flux.VMD flux decreased with increasing of feed concentration,When the concentration of dyestuff intermediate wastewater exceed 220‰,VMD flux were significantly reduced to 2.5 kg/(m 2·h).The COD was 400 mg/L and color was 80 of VMD production water with the feed was pretreated dyestuff intermediate wastewater.
