通过对甲酚先溴化反应,生产出2,6-二溴对甲酚(简称DMB),DMB与甲醇钠在催化作用下反应生成2,6-二甲氧基对甲酚(简称DMC),再通过减压蒸馏、酸化、萃取、过滤、洗涤、蒸馏等过程,提取产品2,6-二甲氧基对甲酚,产品收率≥98%,纯度≥95%。

P - cresol first bromination to produce 2,6 - dibromo - p - cresol （ referred to as DMB）, DMB and methanol and sodium in the reaction catalyzed by 2,6 - dimethoxy - cresol （hereinafter referred to DMC ）, and then by vacuum distillation, acidification, extraction, fihration, washing and distillation process to extract product 2,6 - dimethoxy - p - cresol, the yield ≥ 98% , purity≥95%.
