单分散二氧化硅微球合成中时间控制方法研究 被引量:2

PREPARATION OF MONO-DISPERSE SiO_2 MICRO-SPHERE AND RESEARCH OF TIME INFLUENCE FACTORS

摘要 采用正硅酸乙酯、氨水和丙醇为原料,合成了单分散二氧化硅微球,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行了分析,结果表明样品粒子粒径可控,单分散性良好,表面非常平整光滑;此外着重研究了在实验温度、氨水浓度、正硅酸乙酯的用量以及加水量一定的条件下反应时间对样品粒径的影响,结合对所合成产物的扫描电镜表征,确定了制备不同粒径、均匀的单分散二氧化硅微球适宜的时间条件. By using tetraethylortho silicate,ammonia,propanol and water as materials,the mono-disperse silica micro-sphere is synthesized.The time effects of factors on the reaction have been studied.The experiment time condition for production of mono-disperse silica micro-sphere with different diameter is given at last.
