摘要
对现有ZDY10000S型钻机箱体部件的加工工艺路线进行了改进研究,提出了将箱体部件中箱体和箱盖分开加工的工艺方法,满足了箱体和箱盖装配互换性的要求,在箱体和箱盖粗加工工序后增加了去应力热处理工序,改善了箱体部件的精加工切削性能及稳定性.采用这种工艺方法对箱体、箱盖进行了试制加工,结果显示该工艺方法能够满足设计要求,具有互换性,且满足批量生产的要求.
In this paper,the author researched the processing technology of gyrator box components used for ZDY10000S driller,and presented a new processing technology,which separately processes the box body and box cover from gyrator box components.And the new processing technology well satisfies the assemble interchange of box body and box cover in box components.After the rough machining procedure of box body and box cover,we added relief annealing into the processing,which improved the cutting capability and stability of box components.The author used the new technology to process box body and box cover,and the result shows that the new technology can both satisfy the design requirement and batch process requirement.Furthermore,it has good exchangeability.
