虚拟社区中的参政议政群体挖掘研究

BASED ON THE SOCIAL NETWORK ANALYSIS METHOD OF THE VIRTUAL NETWORK POLITICAL GROUP MINING

互联网逐渐成为了许多民众参与政治活动的重要场所,对其有效的管理可以方便执政者问计于民,实现以民为本、执政为民,并不断地推动我国的民主化进程.作者以人民网强国论坛中参政群体为例,尝试运用社会网络分析方法从网民互动时留下的巨量的文本信息中揭示网络参政群体的整体结构,挖掘出其中存在的参政群体.

Nowadays internet is an important place where people take part in political activities.Effective management will become more easily for politicians to communicate with the Netizen and hear the opinions and suggestions,so they can make the right decisions which accord with the interests and wishes of the people.Also the cyber democracy will be developed rapidly in China.Based on the empirical research on BBS virtual communities of the People′s Network,this paper studied the development of cyber democracy and the basic elements and characteristics of the virtual politics groups by using social network analysis.By analyzing the overall network structure diagram,we can find out the different politics groups.
