用由阴离子交换膜隔开的三室电解池作为采样器,电解法采集ICr18Ni9Ti不锈钢样品,并测定其中固溶钛的含量.测定结果和酸溶样法的一致.文中讨论了采样原理、采集质量的确定方法、电解质及电解电流的选择.
Based cm the electrolytic dissolution principle and the characteristic of an anionexchange membrane which hinders cation passage, a procedure for dissolvying stainless steel was described. The dissolver was a triple-cavity electrolyser with the membrane placed between the cavities, and the sample and carbon rods were used as the anode and cathode, respectively. The mass electrolytic sampled from the steel can be obtained by calculation or weighing the anode before and after electrolysis. Sosoloid titanium in the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was determined. The results 0. 198% obtained by the electrolytic dissolution method were in agreement with those by the conventional wet dissolution method. The principle of sampling, determination of the mass, and the electrolytic conditions were discussed.
