摘要
建立了芳香族手性氨基酸的高效毛细管电泳的分离测定方法,在最佳实验条件下,测定了平均年龄为27±2和74±4岁的两组健康者血浆中D、L-苯丙氨酸、色氨酸和酪氨酸的含量.统计分析表明,血浆中芳香族手性氨基酸的含量与人类年龄之间具有一定关系.
A new method was proposed for the separation and determination of aromatic chiral amino acids by high performance capillary electrophoresis. The contents of DL-phenylalaine, DL-tryptophanand DL-tyrosine in human plasma from two group normal subjects with mean ages 27±2 and 74±4,respectively, were determined under the optimum conditions. The relationship between the aromatic chiral amino acids and age was studied by the statistical analysis of the means of the D/L ratios of each aromatic amino acids in plasma between the younger group and the elder group.
