氯化锂对静电纺PVA纳米纤维的拉伸过程的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在静电纺丝过程中,如果纺丝液完全绝缘或者使用的电压不够高,静电力就不能克服表面张力,这时无法纺制纤维.在纺丝液中加入适量的盐,可以增加射流的表面电荷,射流在电场中的受力发生改变,使得纤维容易纺出.在聚乙烯醇(PVA)中添加不同质量分数的无机盐氯化锂后,对静电纺丝过程中的纤维形态产生影响.实验结果表明氯化锂显著降低了PVA溶液的表面张力,纺丝过程变得容易,纤维拉伸更显著.实验结果与理论研究的结果十分吻合. In the process of electrospinning,if the spinning solution is absolutely insulating,or the applied voltage is not high enough,the electrostatic force will not be able to overcome the surface tension,so it can not produce nanofibers.After adding salt in polymer solution,the jet surface charge increases and the strength of jet in electric field is changed.The research shows that after adding different content of LiCl in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)solution,the stretch phenomenon produced.LiCl significantly reduces the surface tension of the PVA,so the sticky of the polymer is reduced and the process of spinning can be easy,fiber stretching is more remarkable.The experiment result is quite agree with the theory research.
