摘要
介绍一种新颖的共轭凸轮设计方法,以机构的运动特性指标为研究对象,按照特殊工艺要求的边界条件拼接组合8次多项式凸轮曲线.针对高速剑杆织机的空间引纬机构,应用组合法与有限差分法对多项式加速度曲线进行修整,设计引纬共轭凸轮机构,运用Pro/E建立三维模型虚拟样机,并在ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanic System)环境下进行运动学仿真与分析.仿真结果显示,该方法设计的共轭凸轮机构能够满足高速引纬的工艺要求,具有更好的运动特性指标.此共轭凸轮机构传动稳定可靠,运动准确,运动规律在整周期内均属积极性质,无刚性、柔性冲击,可达到最理想的工艺效果.
A design method of conjugate cam with motion characteristics of mechanism is presented.Polynomial cam curves are spliced in accordance with boundary condition of process requirements.Based on the method of amendment polynomial cam by splicing curves and finite differentiation,a special conjugate cam of rapier-driving mechanism applicable for high-speed rapier looms is developed.A three-dimensional mode of virtual prototyping is established by Pro/E,simulation analysis is analyzed in the environment of ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanic System).Simulation results show that conjugate cam mechanism base on this method is able to meet the high speed driving demand,and has better motion characteristics of target.This kind of conjugate cam mechanism is able to meet the process requirements reliable without rigid and flexible impulse,movement is more accurate,and motion throughout the whole cycle is positive in nature.
