摘要
运用文献资料法、量表调查法、访谈法及数理统计法对初中生体育锻炼与社会支持的相关性进行研究。结果表明:初中男女生在锻炼量上具有显著性差异,锻炼量、客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度以及社会支持总分在不同年级上都不存在显著性差异,不同家庭所在地初中生在锻炼量、主观支持以及社会支持总分上存在显著差异,小锻炼量与客观支持、社会支持总分的积差相关系数具有高度显著性,体育锻炼与主观支持、社会支持总分的积差相关系数具有显著性。
Literature,scale surveys,interviews and mathematical statistics were used to research the relevance between physical exercise and social support of junior middle school students.The results showed that there were significant differences in the exercise capacity between junior middle school boys and girls,and there were significant differences in the exercise capacity,subjective support and the total score of social support between the different families,but there were no significant differences in exercise capacity,objective support,subjective support,the availability of social support and the total score of social support among different grades.The correlative coefficient was signigicant between the small exercise capacity and objective support and the total score of social support,and the correlative coefficient was also significant between physical exercise and subjective support and the total score of social support.
