河南省大学生体育弱势群体实施体育教育的必要性研究

Research on University of Technology Education and Sports Vulnerable Groups of the Need in Henan

通过问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对河南省大学生体育弱势群体的生理健康状况、参与体育活动状况和针对弱势群体的体育教育状况进行调查,研究发现为激发大学生体育弱势群体体育兴趣、引导其体育锻炼、提高他们的健身意识,必须要实施正确、恰当的体育教育。

The author has investigated the physical health status of college students in Henan on the aspect of physical education、their physical activities、the physical education of disadvantaged groups in this paper by using questionnaire method and interview method mainly.And the author found that the correct and appropriate physical education should be adopted in order to stimulate the sport interests of the disadvantage groups among college students on the aspect of physical education、guide them to get some physical training and strengthen their sense of bodybuilding.
