高校体育院系开展竞技武术功法运动的可行性研究

Research on the Feasibility of Athletic Wushu Gongfa in Sport Departments of Colleges & Universities

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷法和数理统计法,对山西、四川部分高校开展武术功法运动课程的现状进行分析。结果表明,高校开设武术功法课程非常少,还处于起步阶段;武术功法运动内容丰富,形式多样,具有健身、技击和竞技价值,在我国高校开展武术功法课程可以丰富武术教学的内容,有利于高校体育的发展,在高等体育院系开展武术功法课程是可行的。

By the methods o literature、expert review、questionnaire and statistics,the article analysis the current situation of athletic wushu gongfa in some colleges and universities in Shanxi and Sichuan province.The results showed that only several colleges and universities offered the wushu gongfa course.The contents of Wushu gongfa were ivivd and the forms were various;it has the values of healthy、the art of attack and defense and athletle.Introducaing the Wushu gongfa to the university can richen Wushu teaching and promote the school sports development.At last,the article considered that it was feasible to offer wushu gongfa course in colleges and universities.
