360°考核法在临床实习护生综合评估中的应用

Application of 360-degree feedback in assessment of clinical nurse interns' performance

目的探讨360°考核法对临床实习护生综合评估的应用方法和效果。方法选择2010年3—12月在上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院实习的护生86名,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用360°考核法评估护生的临床实习综合质量,对照组采用传统方法评估护生的临床实习综合质量,比较两组护生临床综合质量。结果两组护生的临床综合评估效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用360°考核法评估能全方位评估临床实习护生的综合质量,体现了个体性和公平性的考核原则,充分调动了护生的实习热情和积极性,提高了护生的综合能力,增强了护生的职业竞争优势。

Objective To investigate the application and effects of 360-degree feedback on assessment of clinical nurse internrs＇ performance.Methods A total of 86 clinical nurse interns who practiced in our hospital from March to December 2010 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group（n=42） and control group（n=44）.The 360-degree feedback was used to assess the nurse interns＇ performance in the experimental group,while the nurse interns in the control group were assessed by the traditional methods.The quality of comprehensive clinical evaluation of the nurse interns in the two groups was compared.Results There was significant difference in the quality of comprehensive clinical evaluation between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The 360-degree feedback can fully assess the clinical nurse interns＇ comprehensive performance,reflecting individuality and fairness.It can stimulate their passion and initiative in their clinical practice with benefits in improving their comprehensive capacity.
