5-Br-PADAP显色树脂相吸光光度法测定微量Co(Ⅱ) 被引量:4

摘要 在PH4.80的弱酸介质中,Co(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP生成有色配合物,酸化后与强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换吸附可进行树脂吸光光度法测定微量Co(Ⅱ)。最大吸收工为610nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.6×10^5,Co(Ⅱ)含量在0 ̄6.5μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。用此法测定天然水和维生素B12中Co(Ⅱ)含量在结果满意。 In a weak-acid medium of pH 4.80, Co( I ) reacts with 5-Br-PADAP to form a colored com plex. After the color solution is acidified, the color complex can be quantitatively adsorbed on strong acicl cation exchange resin. The maximum absorption wavelength lies at 610nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 3.6 10~5. Beer's law is obeyed for the concentration of Co( I ) in the range of 0~6. 5μg/25ml. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Co( I ) in natural water and vitamin B_(12) with satisfactory results.
