Periodicals＇ editing and publishing involves four aspects of copyright protection： publishers of the periodicals,authors of the papers,authors of cited academic resources,and digital publishing dissemination.To enforce the copyright protection of periodicals＇ editing and publishing,the awareness of copyright protection should be strengthened,editors＇ academic discerning ability should be improved,specific measures should be taken from the above-mentioned four aspects and every endeavor should be made to set up a mechanism of collaborate maintenance of protecting the copyright of editing and publishing.
